Sharbat is type of frozen dessert. Any type of sharbat is made
from sweetened water flavoured withany fruit. Sharbat can also contain milk or
milk products. Many times we use sharbat as second option to ice cream which is
good diet people as they do not contant any fact.
Black grape sharbat is dark purple in colour which flavoured with
cumin powder and black slat. This is any healthy sharbat which we can drink in
summer to maintain water in our body.
Preparation

Ingredients:

1 cup black grapes remove seeds if not seed less.
·
1 medium banana, finely chopped
·
2 table spoon powdered sugar
·
½ tea spoon lemon juice
·
1 tea spoon roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
·
¼ table spoon black salt
Recipe:
1. Remove the
seed from black grapes if not seedless.
2. Put black
grapes and bananas in food processor to a fine purée.
3. Add the
sugar, lemon juice, cumin powder, black salt and half cup of water and mix
well.
4. Pour mixture
in to a bowl and freeze till set.
5. Again put
this mixture a blender and liquidize till it is slushy.
6. Serve scoops
of the mixture in 4 individual bowls or long stemmed glasses.
