Coconut and creamy corn soup
Sweet Corn Soup is a Chinese based soup recipe prepared with corn and cream. This is a very easy and tasty soup recipe.
Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Servings: 4
·         1 cup boiled sweet corn kernels or 1 can (200 grams) cream style corn
·         ¼ cup plain  cream if we are using boiled sweet corn kernels
·         1 Coconut
·         3 table spoon corn flower
·         salt to taste
For Serving:
·         Chillies in vinegar

Grate the coconut. Add 2 cups of warm water. Blend this in food processor.
Strain this mixture and take out coconut milk.
Mix the corn flower with 1 tea cup of water.
In coconut milk add corn cream style, if your are using boiled sweet corn add ¼ cup cream at the time of cooking this mixture.
When it comes to boil cook for 5-7 minutes.
Serve hot.

Serve with green chillies in vinegar.
