Mouth-watering Mushroom recipe


Indian Masala based mouth watering Mushroom recipe. This is an easy to make and popular appetizer or starter dish.
·         Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
·         Serves: 4 persons


Ingredients
·         500 grams Mushroom
·         2 table spoon Oil
·         ½ tea spoon black peppercorns
·         2 green Cardamoms
·         ½ inch Cinnamon stick
·         ½ tea spoon Cloves
·         ½ tea spoon Ginger chopped
·         ½ tea spoon Garlic chopped
·         2 medium Onions finely chopped
·         2 medium Tomatoes finely chopped
·         2-3 Green chilli finely chopped
·         Salt to taste
·         1 table spoon red chilli powder
·         1 tea spoon Turmeric powder
·         1 tea spoon Coriander powder
·         1 tea spoon Garam Masala
·         2 tea spoon Lemon Juice
·         125 grams Paneer (Cottage cheese)
·         1 table spoon Butter
·         2 tables spoon Mint leaves chopped
·         2 tables spoon Coriander leaves chopped
Recipe
·         Heat pan, add Oil. Add black peppercorns, Cloves, green cardamom, Cinnamon and sauté for 2 minutes.
·         Add chopped ginger, Garlic chopped and sauté for 2 minutes.
·         Add chopped Onions and stir till golden brown, add chopped Tomatoes stir till Tomatoes get soft.
·         Add red chilli powder and Salt to taste and mix well. Add Mushrooms cut in ½ inch pieces, Paneer (Cottage cheese). Coriander powder, chopped green chillies, turmeric Powder, Red chilli powder. Mix this well.
·         Finally add Garam Masala powder, Lemon Juice. Add Butter and mix well.
·         Serve hot with Mint and Coriander Leaves.
